Why do my sprints look overlapped instead of continuous in the timeline view?
Section titled “Why do my sprints look overlapped instead of continuous in the timeline view?”Even if sprint start and end dates are correctly defined, the timeline view displays tasks based on their individual task dates, not only the sprint boundaries. If some tasks assigned to a sprint have dates that extend beyond the sprint period, sprints may appear overlapped rather than continuous in the timeline.
How can I add repositories to my project?
Section titled “How can I add repositories to my project?”Before adding repositories to a project, you must first complete the GitHub integration at the organization level. Once the integration is active, repositories from that integration will be available in the project settings to be linked to your projects.
How can I create projects in Umaku?
Section titled “How can I create projects in Umaku?”There are two ways to create projects in Umaku:
- Manual creation, where you define all project details yourself.
- AI-assisted creation, where AI helps you generate the project structure based on relevant project information, such as goals, scope, and context. This accelerates setup and ensures better initial alignment.

Where can I see all shortcuts assigned to my project?
Section titled “Where can I see all shortcuts assigned to my project?”Go to the Overview page and click Details.
Why can’t I add members to my project?
Section titled “Why can’t I add members to my project?”To add members to a project, users must first belong to your organization. From the main page, go to the Members section, where you can send invitations to invite new members and assign them a role.
What types of links can I add in the Project Details section?
Section titled “What types of links can I add in the Project Details section?”You can add any relevant links related to your project, such as Slack channels, Google Drive folders, GitHub repositories, documentation links, and more.
Why is the AI Code Reviewer section not active?
Section titled “Why is the AI Code Reviewer section not active?”The AI Code Reviewer is activated only when GitHub commits are attached to a ticket.
Additionally, it’s critical that the ticket description clearly explains what needs to be achieved. Detailed descriptions ensure the analysis is accurate and relevant.
Where can I see the AI Code Review analysis?
Section titled “Where can I see the AI Code Review analysis?”The analysis appears in the Comments section of the ticket.
- Any project or organization member can view it.
- The user who requested the analysis also receives an email notification once it’s completed.
How can I access agent reports?
Section titled “How can I access agent reports?”You can access agent reports in two ways:
- From the main menu: Agents Feedback, where you can filter the reports by sprints.
- From the Roadmap, by opening completed sprints and reviewing each report in detail.
What happens if some tasks are not completed when a sprint is marked as complete?
Section titled “What happens if some tasks are not completed when a sprint is marked as complete?”Any unfinished tasks are automatically moved to the backlog.
What is the “Descoping Tasks” section?
Section titled “What is the “Descoping Tasks” section?”These are tasks flagged by AI agents as out of scope.
- If you accept the descoping request, the tasks move to the backlog.
- If you reject it, the tasks remain in their assigned sprint.
How can I view tasks assigned to sprints?
Section titled “How can I view tasks assigned to sprints?”There are multiple ways:
- Open the Kanban view and filter tasks by sprint.
- Go to the Roadmap, select a sprint, and click View to see all related tasks.
Where can I find projects created with AI assistance?
Section titled “Where can I find projects created with AI assistance?”On the main page, go to the Schedule section. From there, you can access projects created using AI.
How can I filter tickets in the Kanban dashboard?
Section titled “How can I filter tickets in the Kanban dashboard?”You can filter tickets by:
- Keywords, or
- Assigned user
Can I create additional columns in the Kanban dashboard?
Section titled “Can I create additional columns in the Kanban dashboard?”Yes. By default, the board includes several columns, but you can create custom columns to better fit your workflow. Or even deleted.
What if a task is not completed, and I don’t want it moved to the backlog when closing a sprint?
Section titled “What if a task is not completed, and I don’t want it moved to the backlog when closing a sprint?”You can manually move the task to another planned sprint before closing the sprint. You can do it from the Ticket in the Sprint filter.
Can I use the AI Code Reviewer on bug tickets?
Section titled “Can I use the AI Code Reviewer on bug tickets?”Yes. Bug tickets also allow you to attach GitHub commits, which enables the AI Code Reviewer to analyze them.
Are ticket label sections customizable?
Section titled “Are ticket label sections customizable?”Yes. Ticket labels are fully customizable and are directly related to the task’s information.
You can define labels using any name or code that helps categorize, track, or add context to the task.
What types of files can I attach to tickets?
Section titled “What types of files can I attach to tickets?”You can attach a wide range of files to tickets, including:
- Images (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
- Videos (MP4)
- Documents (TXT, PDF, DOCX)
- Scripts and code files (e.g.
.py,.js,.json) - Jupyter Notebooks (
.ipynb)
These attachments help provide context, support analysis, and improve collaboration within the project.
Why don’t I have any active sprints?
Section titled “Why don’t I have any active sprints?”To activate a sprint, you must click the Start Sprint button in the Planned Sprints section.
Until a sprint is started, it will remain inactive.
Can I edit a sprint after it has been created?
Section titled “Can I edit a sprint after it has been created?”Yes. In the Edit Sprint button, you can update the sprint name, dates, and objectives.
You also have the option to delete the sprint if it’s no longer needed.
Can I create tasks in sprints that are not active yet?
Section titled “Can I create tasks in sprints that are not active yet?”Yes. You can fully plan your sprint in advance, including creating and organizing tasks, before activating it.
Can a GitHub integration be removed after it has been added?
Section titled “Can a GitHub integration be removed after it has been added?”Yes. GitHub integrations can be removed at any time, and your organization can also have multiple GitHub integrations configured simultaneously.
What is the Activity Log in a project?
Section titled “What is the Activity Log in a project?”The Activity Log shows key project-related events, such as the project creation date and status changes (e.g. ongoing, pending). It provides full visibility into project evolution and ensures transparency across teams.
How can I track changes and movements within a ticket?
Section titled “How can I track changes and movements within a ticket?”Open the ticket and go to the Activity section. There you can see a full history of actions, including when the ticket was created, moved between columns, assigned to users, or edited.
